Kudos

Congratulations to ALL on a truly outstanding musical experience last Tuesday. A marvelous and memorable performance. You can be proud of your work - and the work of your tribe.

With great risk of forgetting someone, I would like to offer up some kudos:

-Sara Bassoon and Anna Horn on sharing your outstanding solo ability with us on the Firebird! Also kudos to Janice Flute (sorry I missed your standing cue) Martin Clarinet, Grace Clarinet, Jeanette Oboe, Dan Alto and everyone who played a solo, soli or tutti for that matter!

-Ian-Matthew Flute for arranging the Introduction. That really set the tone for the suite.

-Eric Bari, Grace Clarinet, Erica and Ashley Percussion and Erica Bass Clarinet for creating and delivering your music introductions. Well done.

-Kelvin – good job conducting Danzon and terrific work on the Firebird piano part.

-Mat Tuba for the programs and poster. Lots of good comments.

-Bill and Art Tubas for holding down the bass line.

-Catherine Piccolo for your perfect standing/sitting cue leadership.

-Calico Jazz for sharing your talents during the interlude.

-All CICB for getting the word out about the concert, dressing up, coming early for warm-up rehearsal, setting up and tearing down and generally being an important part of this tribe.
