We are down to 5 rehearsals and counting for the big Sousa concert on March 7. Thank you for your good work last Tuesday and your continued preparation for what will be a special night. Kudos to Kari and Chris on your solo work. Keep getting the word out to your family, friends et al.
As President Mary mentioned last Tuesday, the only way to guarantee you will be able to see your music at Jefferson is to provide your own stand lights. We are now down to one bare bulb! I appreciate your understanding on this challenging matter. It's impressive what you've been able to do with limited lighting.
Mitch is taking this week's rehearsal as Lori and I take our winter retreat.
I have decided to go ahead with the Carmen Suite, below is the official concert order - as of now. Let me know if you have any questions, comments or ideas on how to make this concert even better. In particular we are looking for patriotic decorations to use (bunting!)
